Thanks to the stable name, which is also on the tag, the stable can be contacted and they then know that something has happened and can send a search party out.

Even if you have a good horse, it can happen that it gets frightened and you can no longer hold it. If it then runs away, you hope that it will find its way back to the stable, but you can’t say that for sure.
