Is there a minimum order value?

No, we do not have a minimum order value. 
But shipping is free from a purchase value of 150 €.

How long can I return my ordered goods?

You have a 30-day money back guarantee with us. 
The only condition: the goods must be unused and unpolluted.

Can I change my billing and delivery address later?

Unfortunately, you can no longer change the billing and delivery address afterward. However, you can cancel your order and then enter a different address when you order again.

How can I cancel my order?

As long as the order has not yet been sent, you can still cancel the order without any problems.

What kind of payment options are there?

Can I also have my package delivered to a packing station?

We are happy to deliver your order to a packing station.

In the field comment about the order, simply enter your packing station to which we should deliver, as well as your DHL post number.

How do I redeem my discount code?

With a discount or voucher code, you will receive a certain discount when you shop by us.

How to redeem the voucher code:

Select an item for which the voucher code is valid. Add this to your shopping cart.
On the right in the order overview there is a field with a voucher. There you can enter the voucher code and click on Apply voucher.

Please note the following when redeeming the voucher code:

  • a voucher code is only valid for a certain period of time.
  • it may not apply to all articles.
  • it cannot be paid out in cash.
What happens to the discount code if I cancel or return parts of my order?

Coupon codes relating to special offers are only valid once and cannot be replaced. In addition, these are usually linked to a minimum order value. If you return parts of your order and thus fall below the minimum order value for the discount code, the discount code can no longer be taken into account.
Always pay attention to the terms and conditions of the offer.

Exchanges, returns and refunds

How do I exchange an item?

The article didn’t fit or you want a different color? No problem.

Send the item back to us and you will receive a confirmation when we have received it. You will receive the exchanged item within the next 4-5 working days.

How can I return an item?

Have you changed your mind and want to return the item? No problem.

You can call back your purchased items within 30 days. Simply use the return form for this Retourenformular.

Items should be properly packaged for a full refund. In addition, the products must be unworn and must not be damaged beyond the normal signs of wear that arise when the product is tried on. Am besten ist auch noch das Etikett an dem Artikel befestigt.

If all conditions are met, you will be refund the full purchase price.

How long do I have time to return or exchange my order?

You can return your order to us within 30 days. The withdrawal period begins on the day after you have received the ordered goods in full.

If you want to make use of your right of withdrawal, fill out the withdrawal form .

A return of the package of goods without comment is not considered an effective revocation. The cancellation period is met if you can prove that the cancellation was sent on time.

As soon as we have received the goods again, we will refund the purchase price paid.

How do I get my money back?

– after a return:

As soon as we have received and processed your return, the purchase amount will be automatically refunded within 14 days.

If you have canceled your order or an article is not available in exceptional cases, we will immediately refund the amount paid.

Questions about our products

Can I also request an individual browband?

We also offer you the option of customizing your browband for an extra charge. You can choose the color of the leather and snap fasteners, as well as the color of the pearls. Please contact us and we will discuss the details.

How do the erectly shirts turn out?

The Erectly Shirts are normal in size. However, you should make sure that they fit tightly, as this is the only way to achieve the effect. 
If you fluctuate between two sizes, it is better to order the smaller size. 

How long can I wear the Erectly Shirt?

In principle, you can wear the t-shirt every day, but we do not recommend wearing it for several hours at a time. The reason is as follows: The T-shirt should remind you of an upright posture, but the goal is that this posture is memorized in you so that you can sit upright even without a T-shirt.  

Do I have to pay attention to something when wearing the Erectly Shirt?

You achieve the best effect when the t-shirt is in the waistband of the breeches. Since there is a strong pull on the T-shirt due to the integrated rubber bands, the breeches offer the T-shirt a better fit. 

Can I return the SOS tag?

Since the SOS tags are individually made, they cannot be exchanged or returned.

However, if the item arrives damaged or does not match the item ordered, we will exchange it immediately.
