Our story
Out of love for horses, Howana has set itself the goal of renewing the world of equestrian articles and enriching it with innovative ideas. At Howana we deal intensively with the already existing equestrian articles and find solutions to improve them for you. You save valuable time, have more fun and make your riding life easier.
Your horse is your partner, friend, companion – that’s why Howana would like to offer you products that strengthen the connection between human and horse. We pursue high standards of quality, functionality and sustainability for all of our products.
Where do all the ideas come from?
I’m Nadine Hugendubel, the founder and creative mind behind Howana, and I’ve been with horses for as long as I can remember. In my work as a riding instructor and animal physiotherapist (www.equestio.de) I deal with different horses and riders every day. I have often noticed that the riders do not have the right equipment for themselves and their horse, but have to find their way around with a standard solution. I wanted to put an end to that. With Howana I want to make the rider’s and horse’s life more beautiful, easier and more joyful, so that riding is what it should be every day – pure fun!
